I am sorry to say that this isn't a guide on how to cook at 8,000ft. Heck, I'm still learning to do that myself.

Rather, this is the about the life and culinary adventures and mishaps of a Texas girl living with and cooking for her Iowa boy in the Colorado Rockies ... Confusing I know.

We just moved out to a 'one horse town' (as it's been referred to by his mother) and this 'big city girl' is getting a little restless despite loving the small town world. So, I have been trying to sate the wanderlust with cooking, which my boyfriend seems to greatly appreciate. ;)
